- Register online for an at-home kit and a virtual appointment with a practitioner.
- Once your kit arrives, you can take a quick and easy blood test and check your blood pressure. Catapult Health will process your blood sample at one of their labs.
- Complete your health history on your own device.
- Have a live video consult with a nurse practitioner who will review your test results and health history and make personalized recommendations, which may include recommendations for other programs Watts offers.
- After your video consult, you’ll have an action plan to review and the results can be forwarded to your primary care physician.
