- App-guided exercise therapy: 15-minute sessions to reduce pain and increase strength and mobility
- Free wearable sensors: Get live feedback on your exercise form in the Hinge Health app
- Personal care team: Connect with your personal health coach or physical therapist at any time
Hinge Health programs are available to you and your eligible dependents at no cost when you’re enrolled in a Watts medical plan and meet the program eligibility.
