Rollover Maximum
Roll over up to $500 of dental benefits into the next calendar year when you qualify by:
- Enrolling in dental coverage before the fourth quarter of the calendar year
- Receiving at least one cleaning or oral exam within the plan year
- Having paid claims below the maximum threshold amount of $700
Your accumulated rollover total will be capped at $1,250. Rollover Maximum dollars do not apply to orthodontic services.
