Tuition Reimbursement

Investing in your education is investing in your future — and Watts is here to help. Eligible employees can receive up to $5,250 per year in tuition reimbursement for business-related degrees and courses, covering tuition, books, and lab fees.

Watts reimburses eligible employees who complete business/functional area degrees/courses with a grade of “C” or better in an undergraduate course and a grade of “B” or better in a graduate course.

Reimbursed expenses include:

  • Tuition
  • Cost of books
  • Lab fees

Tuition reimbursement may be approved up to $5,250 (IRS limit) per calendar year if the policy criteria is met. Advance manager approval is required.
