As part of our commitment to employee health and to encourage employees to get fit, we offer a Fitness Benefit reimbursement incentive.
Fitness Benefit
The Watts Fitness Benefit will reimburse you up to $250 (one reimbursement per employee) per calendar year in health club membership dues or exercise class fees. You can apply for the reimbursement after four consecutive months of membership in a calendar year by completing a Fitness Benefit Form that can be found in UltiPro Benefits Prime. Submit your reimbursement request with the completed form and supporting receipts by March 31 of the following year. This is a taxable benefit.
